Notice dated 23-12-2020 for Merit List and 1st Counselling Scheduled on 26-12-2020 for Management Quota Admissions

All the applicants for 10% Management Category seats, who have applied and submitted their final result till the last date i.e. 22-12-2020, are informed to check the Merit List (attached herewith), which has been drawn based on the %age of the Qualifying examination and report the corrections / discrepancies, if any, latest by 24-12-2020 upto 02:00 p.m. as per the procedure and the schedule, mentioned in the Merit List. If no such mistake / discrepancy is reported, it will be presumed that the Merit List is Confirmed & Final and no candidate has any grievances, whatsoever and then after the 1st Counselling shall be conducted according to the displayed Merit List only. No representation / grievances, whatsoever, shall be entertained at the time of the Counselling for correction in the Merit List.

Further, all the applicants, whose names appear in the Merit List, and are under “NOT ADMITTED” Category, are hereby informed that the 1st Counselling of the Institute for admission to the Management Quota will be held on 26th December, 2020 (The Saturday) at 10:00 a.m. (sharp) in the Institute. Detailed Procedure is notified in the Merit List itself. Applicants are informed, in their own interest, to please go through the detailed procedure and the schedule, mentioned in the Merit List, for attending the Counseling on 26th December, 2020 (The Saturday).

Interested candidates, under “NOT ADMITTED” Category, are informed to report for the counselling, before the Admission Committee, along with all the required original documents, two sets of Photocopies and the fee, as detailed out in the Merit List, on 26th December, 2020 (The Saturday) at 10:00 a.m. (sharp) at Delphi Hall, BVICAM, E-Block, A-4, Paschim Vihar, Rohtak Road, Adjacent to Paschim Vihar (East) Metro Station, New Delhi – 63.

Please note that the Counselling will start at 10:00 a.m.(sharp), based upon the attendance recorded and documents verified till 10:00 a.m. Reporting and Document Verification shall start at 09:00 a.m. Hence, the students are, hereby, informed, in their own interest, to report at the earliest possible, so as to record their attendance and complete the Document Verification upto 10:00 a.m.
