The way governments operate and provide services to their residents has changed as a result of the growing interdependence between public administration and artificial intelligence (AI). The future directions and impacts of this connection between public administration and AI must be carefully considered as we stand on the threshold of a new age in government. The ethical, legal, and societal ramifications of AI in public administration are raised by this rapidly changing environment. To make sure that AI advances rather than hampers the primary goals of public administration, issues including data privacy, bias in AI algorithms, and the responsibility of automated systems must be carefully considered. In order to build a more effective, responsive, and fair government for all citizens, it is critical that we navigate this path with care and foresight.
